Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Senior Functional Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing functional NetSuite solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, architect scalable and sustainable solutions, and provide guidance throughout the implementation process. Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with client SMEs and cross-functional SquareWorks teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, objectives, and challenges as part of client engagements.
2. Design and document end-to-end NetSuite solutions that address those needs, leverage SquareWorks’s functional and technical resources and software products, and align with industry best practices.
3. Serve as functional project lead, working with SquareWorks project managers to ensure adherence to timeline and budget, clear setting of expectations with internal and external stakeholders, quick resolution of project blockers/issues, effective management of escalations, and final delivery of a comprehensive solution and associated documentation.
4. Coordinate, document, and execute project activities such as system configuration, internal and client testing, and deployment to production.
5. Provide functional guidance and support to project teams and less experienced project resources.
6. Conduct system assessments, performance tuning, and optimizations to maximize the efficiency and scalability of NetSuite solutions.
7. Serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite capabilities, features, and enhancements, staying informed about new releases and updates.
8. Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to build expertise within the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in architecting, implementing, and supporting NetSuite functional solutions.
3. Proven expertise in core NetSuite modules, including Record to Report, Lead to Quote, Order to Cash, Design to Build, and Procure to Pay. Experience in ARM and SuiteBilling or inventory, manufacturing, and related functions preferred.
4. Experience gathering functional requirements for customizations and integrations, conveying those requirements to technical resources, and ensuring those requirements are met and that solutions are fully tested prior to delivery to clients.
